They have achieved impressive ratings on major platforms such as Booking.com (9.6), agoda (9.3), and Google reviews (4.8/5). The station managed an average occupancy rate of 68% in the first year and distributed dividends amounting to an approximate return of 10%, demonstrating profitability despite a slow start.
