Last month, a credible whistleblower advanced allegations that the United States government had not only been investigating UFOs for decades, but had shot down the craft and taken away the bodies of their pilots. News that would typically be relegated to the covers of grocery rag magazines or only talked about in the dark #UFOtwitter corners of Twitter has suddenly hit the mainstream media with full force.
While it’s interesting that media giants cover 24/7 UFO news during the day and prime time, what should really make the average citizen curious is the attention that the right and left in Congress are placing on this once marginal topic. Both Republicans and Democrats are demanding transparency and even potentially more public hearings in the future.
Some elected officials are more convinced than others that the phenomenon the military and the average Joe witnessed in the skies is otherworldly. So, are these high-ranking and influential whistleblowers telling the truth, or are they pulling our legs?

Game Over, Man, Game Over
Last week, Congressman Tim Burchett (R-TN) announcement that based on what he’s seen and been briefed on in classified contexts, “if they’re out there, they’re out there, and if they have this kind of technology, then they can turn us into charcoal briquettes.”
Congressman Tim Burchett says he hopes six people will testify at the UFO hearings later this month.
People from the scientific community, pilots and “some whistleblowers”.

Talk about a visceral image. What type of technology is it referring to?
The same kind that Luis Elizondo, former head of the Pentagon’s Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) task force, explained years ago in the first groundbreaking articles that appeared in the front pages of The New York Times:
- anti-gravity lift
- sudden and instantaneous acceleration
- hypersonic speeds without signatures
- low observability, or masking
- trans-medium travel
Or, as Congressman Burchett explained, “if they can travel light years or at the speeds that we’ve seen, and physics as we know it, fly underwater, not show heat trail, things like that, so we’re way out of our league.

A morbid collection?
Former intelligence official and Air Force veteran David Grusch came forward last month as a whistleblower. In his public statements, he alleged that in investigating the UAP phenomenahe came across government officials who claim that our government’s secret programs have UFO craft and – here’s the gross part – dead alien bodies.
Grusch said“Well, naturally when you recover something that has landed or crashed, you sometimes come across dead pilots and, believe it or not, as fantastic as that sounds, it’s true.”
Raw.
The Pentagon was quick to allege that Grusch’s claims are false, stating that there is no verifiable information “to support claims that programs regarding the possession or reverse engineering of extraterrestrial materials have existed in the past or currently exist”.
Typical five-sided building dodge, but is it true?
Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) make appear what I think is the most exciting and terrifying aspect of this whole saga.
“Either what the whistleblower is saying is partially true or entirely true, or we have very smart, educated people with high clearances and very important positions in our government who are crazy and lead us to the prosecution of the goose,” he said.
Hello to most American mainstream media, is anyone awake? The vice chairman of one of the most powerful congressional oversight committees in the United States thinks David Grusch #PSU story, if true, is potentially the greatest story in human history. “Yawn”, they say. Back to sleep. https://t.co/QoWdvaXOLD

So our options are:
- The US government has some form of secret UFO programs.
- The US government has secret UFO programs, downed UFOs, and poor aliens who flew them.
- These people are crazy and make it up.
Yikes, not a huge selection to choose from!

Senator Rubio continued to illustrate the implications of these latest whistleblowers and whether or not they are telling the truth.
“Most of these people have held very high authority and high positions in our government,” he said. “So you wonder: what incentive would so many people with this kind of qualification – they are serious people – have to come forward and make something up?”
I like you, Marco, but your statement is a bit naïve. There are many incentives to invent something fantastic, even if you are a serious person – mainly the opportunity for fame and glory.
However, the preponderance of people making similar allegations adds credence to his argument that it doesn’t make sense for so many people to lie.
Senator Rubio went on to discuss allegations that members of the government deliberately withhold information about these programs. He argued that if the above is true, “there is a group of people who believe that they have something that they don’t need to share with anyone, including elected officials, who ‘they consider temporary government employees’.
It’s what former President Donald Trump called The Swamp. Maybe someone should do something about this?

Last week, Sen. Chuck Schumer (R-NY) introduced legislation requiring the government to declassify UFO-related documents.
“The American public has a right to know about technologies of unknown origin, non-human intelligence, and unexplainable phenomena,” Senator Schumer is right. said.
In this rare case, I agree with Chuck.
Unfortunately, its legislation will do little to shed light on the situation. This legislation is modeled after the JFK Assassination Records Collection Act, and we all know how far the declassification of what is arguably the original and mother charge of the conspiracies has gone.
It IS ridiculous that all JFK assassination papers are classified…what could be the national security reason all these years later? https://t.co/sKQikvGKTl

Senator Rubio described the possibility of an underground group of government officials hiding things from the public and those we have elected as an “internal military complex that is their own government and answerable to no one.”
You don’t have to believe in flying saucers and little gray men to think and, quite frankly, know that what the senator is describing is alive and well. The question is, what is the motive behind this internal struggle that seems to be brewing behind the walls of our government?
Are these whistleblowers dutiful soldiers sent to tell fantastical tales of aliens and spaceships in an effort to distract from something completely unrelated? Is there a secret cabal of G-men running dark agendas on extraterrestrial craft and life, pulling the strings of a much more complex web with wider implications for our species?
Only time will tell, I guess.
Until then, dear reader, I would pay attention to the skies above you and to the information that our government allows us to have – whether you are a believer or not.
