Fox News took liberties on CNN with the chyron under a split-screen of President Trump and Joe Biden speaking at the same time on Tuesday night. Fox captioned the image, “Aspiring dictator speaks in White House after arresting political rival.”
Trump was speaking at his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, about his impeachment earlier today in Miami in the classified documents hoax. Biden was speaking on the South Lawn of the White House during an early celebration of Juneteenth–AKA Republicans Freed the Democrats’ Slaves Day. Fox News aired Trump’s speech live in its entirety, while showing only silent video of Biden.
The Fox legend appeared at the last minute of the old 8 p.m. timeslot where Tucker Carlson was a guest of Brian Kilmeade.
