The release of new live views of the Shiba Inu Metaverse at the South by Southwest (SXSW) festival in Austin, TX has generated a lot of excitement in the SHIB community. As Bitcoinist reported yesterday, detailed video views of the WAGMI Temple Hub were shown after lead developer Shytoshi Kusama released the official movie poster.
Pictures Shiba Inu X Paramount?
But Marcie Jastrow, the advisor to the Shiba Inu Metaverse, had an even bigger surprise in store for the SHIB army. As Scorcia, a popular member of the SHIB community revealed in a tweet that was confirmed by Jastrow, the SHIB Metaverse team sat down with futurist Ted Schilowitz from American film production company Paramount Pictures to discuss opportunities. of cooperation.
Scorchia’s tweet even caught the attention of lead Shiba Inu developer Kusama. Community member SHIB shared a photo with Paramount’s Schilowitz and commented, “probably nothing” – a phrase often used ironically in the crypto community to refer to potentially significant developments.
Kusama tweeted four “big eyes” emojis to presumably show he’s paying attention while expressing interest and excitement. He also added three hashtags #shibmetaverse, #shibarium and #paramount to the tweet and shared a South Park GIF in which Randy Marsh says, “Maybe nothing, maybe everything.”
The Shiba Inu lead developer’s GIF has given the rumor greater attention and credibility, as well as fueling new speculation of a collaboration between Paramount and the Shiba Inu Metaverse team.

In an interview with Zach Humphries, Jastrow continued revealed that SHIB: The Metaverse at SXSW Festival was a huge success. “I’ve had more conversations with brands over the past 2 days who want to be in our metaverse than ever before.” During the conversation with Paramount’s Schilowitz, she revealed:
We were sitting with the head of futuristic from Paramount Pictures and I’m like we have to do a licensing deal, I’ve got Rocket Pond coming, there’s movies coming next. We want you to jump right in there. And they’re all in it. They are: “That’s a great idea.
Why is this important?
Ted Schilowitz is Paramount Pictures’ first-ever Futurist-in-Residence. In his roleSchilowitz works closely with technology teams at Paramount and Viacom to explore all forms of new and emerging technologies, with a focus on virtual reality and augmented reality.
To this end, it works with external partners to identify new opportunities. His role is also to advise Paramount Pictures executives and creatives on how to incorporate new technologies into their projects.
At press time, SHIB was trading at $0.00001097, turning resistance at $0.00001087 into support. Currently, a retest of the new support is underway which could see another uptrend if it holds.
