While the company market continues to digest a new reality, the TechCrunch + team paid very close attention to software revenue. Why are we tracking Q4 2022 revenue results in March 2023? Because many software companies have fiscal calendars that end on January 31 each year. This means that they report their results a bit later than other companies, which leads to some lag when it comes to determining the number of most important public competitors for startups.
