Kansas made history as the first state in the union to pass a bill that legally defines a “woman” as a woman who, shockingly, is actually a biological woman.
Shocking revelation, isn’t it?
This was done out of necessity to prevent people from impersonating women or vice versa in single-sex areas such as bathrooms and locker rooms.
The law, which is called declaration of women’s rightswas passed by lawmakers this week and automatically sparked an outcry of tears and outrage from Democrats who called it “equally offensive” to trans and cisgender women.
For the record, for people who live in the real world, “cisgender” is a coined word for people who know their gender.
In an interview with The Washington TimesSenator Erickson, who championed the bill, said, “It just codifies the definition of sex into law.
“It just says that in existing law or statute, where there is a definition of sex, it means biologically male and female as determined at birth. It’s factual, it’s very objective.
Yeah! I was able to respond to his incredibly false claim that Thomas would be ranked 6th nationally. This was in Kansas regarding SB180, the Women’s Bill of Rights which simply codifies “woman” in the legislature (pre-existing and future) to mean your biological sex (XX) pic.twitter.com/y06vavapYU

What is a woman?
The Declaration of the Rights of Woman states that a woman is a person “whose biological reproductive system is developed to produce egg cells”, while “male” refers to anyone whose reproductive system “is developed to fertilize egg cells. a woman’s”.
This bill will largely protect the safety of women as well as the integrity of women’s sports, which have been at the center of many transgender debates as men who claim to live like women have decimated them in sports specifically aimed at athletes. feminine.
While mainstream media and entertainment media paint the picture that it is socially acceptable for men to accept scholarships, awards and winnings from female athletes, overall the data shows that it is not is not true.
According Get into sports:
A recent survey driven by the washington post and the University of Maryland reveals that 58% of Americans are opposed to transgender athletes who participate in women’s sports at the college level and only 28% are in favor. Additionally, 68% of respondents said that transgender girls would have a competitive advantage over other girls…
The survey was conducted online May 4-17, 2022 with a random national sample of 1,503 adults. It also reveals that 58% of Americans are opposed to transgender athletes competing with girls at the professional level, 55% oppose it at the high school level and 49% at the youth athletic level. This survey follows Louisiana Passes Law last week that bars transgender athletes from participating in women’s sports in middle school and high school. Louisiana is the 18th state to pass such legislation.
Outside of the sports world, it will also prevent transgender men and women from making significant changes to their birth certificates and driver’s licenses to circumvent restrictions.

Democrats Abandoned Real Women
The director of the Independent Center for Women’s Rights, Jennifer Braceras, also spoke out in favor of the bill.
“It codifies current constitutional jurisprudence and the intermediate standard of review that we all rely on to protect women’s rights,” she said.
“But also recognize that there are certain situations in which men and women can be separated without violating the constitution,” including “bathrooms, prisons, sports, domestic violence shelters, etc.”
Senators voted 26 to 10 to approve this bill, and from the numbers you can clearly see that no Democrats voted to uphold the rights and natural identity of real women. While passing this decision in the Senate Chamber may make supporters want to pop the champagne, now may not be the time to do so.
This bill will still have to be sent to Governor Laura Kelly, a Democrat who has already vetoed two previous versions of this bill.
It is truly sad that we, the most educated and privileged civilization in human history, with all our modern discoveries and advances, do not uphold fundamental truths which regardless of religion, politics or personal opinion, that in a state of nature no human can transcend gender.
Men are men, women are women, water is wet, gravity exists. These were once basic truths, but now we gladly refuse to have them accepted by individuals who want to remake reality in their own distorted image.
It was only last year that then-Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, during her Supreme Court nomination process in the US Senate, was unable to define what a “woman” is.
Judge Jackson is an objectively intelligent woman; she didn’t do do not know what a woman was, she just lied because that’s what the radical base of today’s Democratic Party wanted her to say.
What other truths are we willing to deny today just to get what we want?
